Acceptance of Terms

User Eligibility

  • •Applicants should be Indian residents.
  • •Participants should be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if younger.
  • •We use your location to connect you with the closest regional node.
  • •Jury members are appointed through supportive institutional selection processes.
  • •Please provide accurate and truthful information during registration so we can best support you.

STEC Programme Participation

  • •Participation in the 45-day STEC lifecycle is completely voluntary. You are free to withdraw before Day 15 if it is not the right fit.
  • •To ensure fairness, your uploaded verification content is securely archived.
  • •We kindly ask participants to cooperate with our field personnel during the physical verification steps.
  • •Visual portfolios are kept secure and cannot be altered once submitted.
  • •Jury evaluations are final, but are always conducted with the utmost fairness and transparency.

Community Guidelines

  • •Please avoid providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • •Any attempts to manipulate or forge verification records are not allowed.
  • •Proxy registrations or ghost entries disrupt our geographic distribution and are prohibited.
  • •Please do not interfere with the secure operation of the Mavenzone Entertainments integration.
  • •Keep your account credentials and companion app access tokens private and secure.

Intellectual Property

  • •Content on this platform is owned by Maa Sanskriti Society, unless otherwise stated.
  • •Verification portfolios become part of our secure governance assets and are safely archived.
  • •Our jury evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies are proprietary to ensure a fair process.
  • •By participating, you allow us to use your portfolio for institutional reporting purposes.
  • •We kindly ask that you do not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • •We provide the platform "as is" and work hard to ensure it runs smoothly for everyone.
  • •While we strive to provide the best experience, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages.
  • •Verification processes are conducted in good faith, though we cannot guarantee absolute perfection.
  • •Occasional maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability.
  • •We may modify or discontinue services occasionally, but we always aim to communicate any major changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
